Tom is tax advisor and attorney at law. He graduated faculty of law and wrote Ph.D. dissertation in administrative law. Tom gained his professional experience working almost 10 years for Deloitte Tax Advisory and Deloitte Legal. Tom is specializing in the aspects of organization and reorganization of business activity from the tax and legal perspective. He assisted clients in number of sale and acquisition of the business transactions. Tom has also multiannual experience in income tax advisory, international tax advisory and tax litigation.<\/h5>\n

Justyna assisted client in the process of transfer of organized part of the enterprise in the area of labor law, real estate law, industrial property law. As part of her specialization she also provides ongoing advisory for the entrepreneurs especially in the area of new technology and e-commerce.<\/h5>\n
